Tower Defense meets AI
This is a Prototype for a Tower Defense game where you play against an Enemy AI trained with Unity's ML Agents Reinforcement Learning.
Can you beat AI?
Please keep in mind that this is only a prototype. We developed this within 6 months for a university project.

This project was developed as part of the AI in Game Development module at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.

Install instructions
Ideally, you should download the itch app and install the game via it. Then you can simply use the itch app as a launcher.
If you would rather not do this, you can simply press download, extract the ZIP file and run the ML_Tower_Defense.exe. The game should then start after a short time.
We recommend the graphics setting Medium because High only runs on very powerful computers.
